Solar Panels on Side of Building This webinar for Texas local governments covered the substantial improvements in energy efficiency provided by the 2012 IECC, and explained how a jurisdiction might get a head start on energy savings by being an early adopter of the 2012 IECC or by adopting a certain amendments.  Webinar speakers also gave an overview of IC3: Texas's Energy Code Calculator, followed by a live demonstration of the tool.
