Climate and Air Pollution Planning Assistant (CAPPA)
ICLEI is pleased to offer the Climate and Air Pollution Planning Assistant, or CAPPA Version 1.5 -- a decision support tool designed to help U.S. local governments explore, identify, and analyze potential climate and air pollution emissions reduction opportunities.
CAPPA plays a key role in helping local governments progress through ICLEI's Five Milestones for Climate Mitigation process. It provides a starting point for two major tasks: determining an achievable emissions reduction target (Milestone Two) and selecting strategies to include in a climate action plan (Milestone Three). Browse the links below to learn more about how CAPPA can help your local government meet its goals, or to download the Excel file.
