How to Access CACP 2009
 View the Eligible Recipients page.- Local government staff: If you are an ICLEI primary staff liaison or primary elected liaison, or if you are a staff member who has previously been granted access to download CACP, click the "Download" button. You will be prompted for your ICLEI member username and password, after which you can download the software.
- If you are on staff at an ICLEI member local government but do not have a member username and password, or you are a consultant, NACAA member, NARUC member, or NASEO member: Please click the "Register Now" button to submit your information. You will then be contacted about how to download the software, assuming that you are an eligible recipient. If you are unsure about your eligibility, click on "Register Now."
