Webinar #1: Long Island Green Homes (Babylon, NY)

Webinar #2: Cambridge Energy Alliance (Cambridge, MA)

Learn about the nationally acclaimed Cambridge Energy Alliance, a city-sponsored non-profit organization that is creating a groundbreaking program to significantly reduce energy and waste use in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Webinar #3: BerkeleyFIRST (Berkeley, CA)

This webinar will focus on the enormously successful BerkeleyFIRST financing model that allows property owners to repay the cost of solar system installations through a voluntary tax increment on their property tax. During this webinar, participants will learn more about the BerkeleyFIRST model and how it's working, any lessons learned through the creation of the program, and how a similar model could be created in your respective communities.
Webinar #4: Boulder County's ClimateSmart Loan Program

This webinar will focus on the extremely successful ClimateSmart Loan Program that provides a voluntary mechanism for commercial and residential property owners to obtain financing for renewable energy and/or energy efficiency improvements to properties in Boulder County. During the webinar, participants will learn more about the ClimateSmart Loan Program and how it's working, any lessons learned through the creation of the program, and how a similar model could be created in your respective communities.
Webinar #5: Setting Up a City-Scale Retrofit Program (COWS)
Date: August 13, 2009 at 1 p.m. EST
Join us for this exciting webinar which will review the recent report from Green For All and COWS entitled "A Short Guide to Setting up A City-Scale Retrofit Program." During this webinar, participants will be provided with a summary of possible financing strategies for creating city-wide retrofit programs, including tips on how to structure a program and insight into national best practices. This webinar will be lead by Satya Rhodes-Conway, a Senior Associate at COWS, a think-and-do tank based at UW-Madison.
