Presentation by Assemblymember Nancy Skinner, State of California

Assemblymember Nancy Skinner represents California’s 14th district, bringing a long record of public and community service to the job.  As a freshman legislator, Skinner was named Chair of the Natural Resources Committee, is a member of the Utility and Commerce Committee, and was recently recognized as the California Assembly’s 2009 Rookie of the Year.  Assemblymember Skinner’s legacy of environmental achievements, include authoring AB 758 which requires that the California Energy Commission develop and implement a comprehensive program to achieve greater energy savings in existing residential and commercial buildings.
