Join Bay Area policy makers, local government staff, and institutional procurement experts at Making Local Food a Reality: Procurement & Policy Opportunities for the Bay Area, an educational forum on practical models for increasing access to healthy local food while decreasing greenhouse gas emissions. Lunch will be served and the event will close with a food and drink tasting reception.

- Inspire action to move broad interest from Local Food Month in to tangible action-oriented policies.
- Facilitate focused conversation about county-specific opportunities.
