ICLEI appreciates the generous support it receives from many supporters including private foundations, corporations, governmental agencies and individuals.  Without the contributions made by many, ICLEI would not be able to serve local governments and support their climate protection and sustainability efforts.

When you support ICLEI USA, you support the efforts of 550 U.S. cities and counties to address climate change, save energy and money, develop clean energy, and create healthier, more livable communities in the process. Few other nonprofits can match the impacts we create.

Contributions to ICLEI USA are fully tax-deductible as charitable contributions, as allowed under the law. Consult your tax advisor for information relating to your specific personal or business situation.

Planned Giving

• Give a long-term gift to sustainability by including ICLEI in your estate planning. A planned gift to ICLEI is tax-deductible and will reduce or eliminate taxes owed by your estate. You can make a simple bequest to ICLEI in your will or consult your tax advisor on the benefits of Charitable Lead and Charitable Remainder Trusts.
