ICLEI's customizable web-app is designed to help you launch a Challenge program in weeks, not months, and run your program smoothly. As the centerpiece of any successful program, the App allows participants to register, take a baseline survey, browse a library of tips and resources, update their achievements, and view a scorecard that tracks their progress. Green Business Challenge Guide

ICLEI's manual presents step-by-step guidance on how to develop and launch a customized Green Business Challenge program in your city or county. It distills the lessons learned from seven local governments that have launched programs, and includes all the resources necessary to ensure your success. The Guide walks you through pre-planning, gaining support from stakeholders and elected officials, setting program goals, developing program resources, engaging stakeholders, messaging and marketing, trainings and communication, and a troubleshooting guide.
