On-Demand Webinar: BerkeleyFIRST Energy Financing Program

On July 30, ICLEI hosted a webinar about BerkeleyFIRST, the clean energy municipal financing program that started the nationwide buzz back in 2008. Our webinar featured Cisco DeVries, the primary architect of this innovative financing model that removes the hurdles that homeowners face in implement energy efficiency upgrades and adding home solar systems (hint: lose the steep up-front costs and tie financial responsibility to the property, not the homeowner).
