Options for Communicating Climate Change
When trying to create an effective communication strategy it is important to identify appropriate tools for getting your message to your target audience. This section explores a number of traditional and non-traditional communications avenues that can be used to convey your message.
The section is broken into three chapters: Chapter A looks at building effective strategies for community outreach; Chapter B identifies effective media outreach strategies; and Chapter C explores other mediums that can be used to convey messages. Examples of municipalities undertaking similar communication strategies are highlighted throughout the section.
