Prior to joining ICLEI, Megan worked with a private company, where she designed an online calculator to measure the carbon emissions and environmental impacts of individual consumption choices, and developed a green product guide. She has also worked on NGO capacity building and sustainable Tibetan communities projects in China with Winrock International, and on bilateral environmental projects with the Chinese Ministry of Environment. Megan has a MS in Environmental Policy at Bard College, and a MA in Applied Linguistics at China Foreign Affairs University.
