As a Program Associate, Jon’s primary focus is developing greenhouse gas emissions inventories and local action plans for local governments.  With ICLEI, he has contributed to protects including Haverford Township, PA, the Long Island Climate Protection Initiative, Alameda County, CA, and the Silicon Valley Climate Protection Partnership.

Jon received a Master’s degree in Community and Regional Planning from Temple University.  His thesis project was developing a guidebook laying out a strategy for how Pennsylvania municipalities could develop in a more sustainable and energy efficient manner.  Jon studied Political Science and East Asian Studies as an undergraduate at Dickinson College.

Jon is based in Haverford Township, Pennsylvania, which is just outside the city limits of Philadelphia..
