Jennifer joined ICLEI in June 2008 as a Project Manager in New York City. In coordination with the City of New York’s Office of Long Term Planning and Sustainability, Jennifer is developing a process framework and guidebook to support local authorities in developing their sustainability plans.  Jennifer holds a M.S. in Urban Planning from Columbia University and during her graduate studies interned with the Clinton Climate Initiative, New York City Economic Development Corporation, and the urban planning consulting firm Phillips Preiss Shapiro Associates.  Prior to graduate school, Jennifer worked as a management consultant for BearingPoint in San Francisco, as a business analyst for the New Zealand Ministry of Fisheries, and as an IT consultant for EUMETSAT, the European Meteorological Organization for Climate and Weather Satellites in Germany.
