Farleigh Wolfe

Farleigh WolfeRenewable Energy Program Officer - Washington, DC

Farleigh Wolfe is a Renewable Energy Program Officer on ICLEI's Renewable Energy Team. Farleigh works with ICLEI's partner organizations on the implementation of the U.S. Department of Energy's Solar Outreach Partnership.

Farleigh has professional experience in providing marketing outreach, trainings, and technical assistance to local governments. She worked as an environmental programs manager at the National Association of Local Government Environmental Professionals (NALGEP), where she managed an U.S. EPA Brownfields Technical Assistance grant. She also developed programming related to sustainability, green building, energy efficiency, renewable energy and green infrastructure.

She previously served as a Legislative Aide to Senator Ron Wyden, where she  managed legislative issues related to Housing, Education, Welfare, Arts and Humanities.

Farleigh holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Law and Policy from Vermont Law School with an emphasis on Energy Policy and an undergraduate degree from Mount Holyoke College.
